Due to the customized and service-based nature of our platform (glass works, furniture, and interior installations), our approach to returns and refunds differs from standard retail models.

This policy explains:

  • Situations where requests may be declined

2. NATURE OF SERVICES (IMPORTANT)

Most services on our platform involve:

  • Custom fabrication
  • Site-specific measurements
  • Installation work

Because of this:

Standard “returns” do not apply in most cases. Corrections, adjustments, or rework are the primary resolution methods.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR CORRECTIONS OR REFUNDS

3.1 Service-Related Issues

  • Work delivered does not match agreed specifications
  • Installation is incomplete
  • Poor workmanship beyond acceptable standards
  • Project abandoned after payment

3.2 Product-Related Issues

  • Item delivered is damaged
  • Wrong specification (size, color, material)
  • Missing components
  • Defective materials
  • Item is not as described

3.3 Inspection-Dependent Cases

Where errors occur due to incorrect platform inspection, we take responsibility in resolving the issue.

4. REPORTING PERIOD

All issues must be reported within:

[48 hours – 5 days] after installation or delivery

Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.

5. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

5.1 Change of Mind

  • After production has started
  • After materials have been procured

5.2 Customer-Related Issues

  • Incorrect information provided by customer
  • Site conditions not disclosed during inspection
  • Customer interference affecting work outcome

5.3 Usage or Damage After Completion

  • Damage caused after installation
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Third-party alterations

5.4 Custom Work

Custom-made items (e.g., furniture, glass cuts) are non-returnable except in cases of:

  • Defect
  • Wrong specification
  • Poor workmanship

6. CORRECTION & REWORK POLICY

Where applicable, we prioritize:

  • Rework
  • Adjustments
  • Replacement of defective parts

Instead of refunds.

6.1 Correction Timeline

  • Scheduled based on issue severity
  • Coordinated with vendor/artisan

7. REFUND POLICY

7.1 Full Refund

  • Service not delivered
  • Vendor/artisan fails to execute project

7.2 Partial Refund

  • Partial completion
  • Reduced quality or deviation from agreed scope

7.3 Escrow Protection

Refunds are processed from escrow where applicable, before payout is released.

8. INSPECTION FEES

Non-refundable

Inspection fees cover professional assessment and measurement.

9. RETURN CONDITIONS

For items that qualify for return:

  • Must be unused (except for defect verification)
  • Must match delivered condition
  • Must include all components

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

  1. Report issue via platform
  2. Provide evidence (photos/videos)
  3. Platform reviews and investigates
  4. Resolution provided:
    • Correction
    • Replacement
    • Partial/full refund

10.1 Platform Authority

Glass and Furniture Market Ltd reserves the right to make final decisions within operational scope.

11. REJECTED CLAIMS

  • Evidence is insufficient
  • Issue falls outside policy
  • Reporting period has expired

12. REDELIVERY OF REJECTED ITEMS

  • Items may be returned to customer
  • Multiple delivery attempts may be made

Failure to receive may lead to forfeiture after a defined period.

13. NO DIRECT EXCHANGE MODEL

We do not operate a direct exchange system.

If needed:

  • A new order must be placed
  • Approved refunds may be applied

  • Ensure accurate information during request
  • Participate during inspection
  • Review quotation carefully before payment
